One Year Warranty/Guarantee on Jewelry. I guarantee the quality of my work. If your jewelry breaks due to a defect in craftsmanship or jewelry component, I will replace it within one year of purchase. If breakage occurs due to the wearer's negligence, a $15.00 restringing fee applies, plus the cost of any replacement beads.
If breakage occurs, please recover as many beads, clasp, and any other components as possible and send them to me. Please insure the package as I cannot be responsible for damaged parcels.* I will reconstruct your jewelry and replace any missing parts. My mailing address is:

*Note on Insuring Your Return. I cannot be responsible for items returned to me that are damaged in transit. Although this is rare, it has happened. The cost of mailing a bracelet via USPS insured for $100 is usually less than $3.00, including postage and insurance. UPS, FedEX and other courier services may charge more for shipping, but insurance is usually included in their fee. The cost to replace damaged or lost beads or other components will be charged back to the customer.
