Payments:  Gems by Jill accepts all major credit cards, electronic checks and instant cash transfers via PayPal.com, the world leader in secure online transaction processing.  When placing your order, if you select the PayPal option, you will be taken to a secure PayPal page with all your order information.  You need not do anything extra.  We also accept personal or company checks, but checks must clear before your order is shipped.  Payment in full is required before work begins on your custom jewelry.

Production Time: Since each piece of jewelry is custom made, please allow 7-10 business days for production.  If you need something quicker, please contact me -- I'm happy to try to accommodate special requests.

Shipping:  Shipping times are in addition to production time.  My shipping options are: 

1.  USPS First Class Mail, $1.50.  Delivery usually within 5-7 business days.

2.  USPS Priority Mail, $4.50.  Delivery usually within 2-3 business days.

3.  USPS Express Mail, $15.00.  Delivery usually within 1-2 business days. 

4.  Local Pickup.  If you live in the Denver area, you may contact me to make arrangements for local pickup. 

5.  International.  If you need your order shipped outside the United States, please email me your full international address and I will quote your shipping fee based on that information.  Click here to fill out my contact form.
