I take pride in my jewelry, and I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For these reasons I offer:
One Year Guarantee on Jewelry. I guarantee the quality of my work. If your jewelry breaks due to a defect in craftsmanship or jewelry component, I will replace it within one year of purchase. If breakage occurs due to the wearer's negligence, a $20.00 restringing fee applies, plus the cost of any replacement parts.
If breakage occurs, please recover as many beads, clasp, and any other components as possible and send them to me. I will reconstruct your jewelry and replace any missing parts. My mailing address is:
